Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values firm on Choice and weak on Select on moderate to
fairly good demand and moderate offerings. Select and Choice rib, chuck, 
round, and loin cuts steady to weak. Beef trimmings generally steady on 
light demand and offerings.
