days and on average industry cutting yields. Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.
Boxed beef cutout values firm on Select and lower on Choice on moderate demand
and moderate to heavy offerings. Select and Choice chuck, rib, and round cuts
steady to firm while loin cuts weak to lower. Beef trimmings lower on light to
moderate demand and moderate offerings.
